Bayron Reyes Lopez is under arrest after a strange series of events concluded with him running naked through the Rancho San Clemente Tennis club pouring coffee on his head.  Earlier, Lopez was spotted violently abusing a mini-schnauzer, that later died.  WHOLE STORY

Costa Mesa officials will sit down with Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger next week in another attempt to persuade the Governor to take the OC Fairgrounds off the auction block.  Bids on the fairground are due to the state on January 8 and an auction is scheduled for January 14.  WHOLE STORY
