Following tornado warnings throughout Orange County at least two of the rare California funnel clouds touched down on land. Costa Mesa saw a flipped SUV and rooftops displaced while other areas saw flooding and were left shaken. WHOLE STORY
AT&T tried for a second time to convince Mission Viejo City Council to allow a new cell antenna. The company believes a new tower would alleviate many of the 1-2% of calls dropped each day. The wireless phone company chose the Florence Joyner Olympiad Park and a site already housing electrical and cell equipment. The council and AT&T were unable to come to an agreement. WHOLE STORY
