Rents in Orange County have fallen again to an average of $1,473. This is the lowest average since mid-2006. This steady fall comes after nearly eight years of a continued upward trend in prices. WHOLE STORY
2,885 homes were sold in Orange County in December of 2009. This is up 14% from the month before and 12% from December of 2008. Though median prices are still 1/3 below the $645,000 peak from June of 2007, they have been steadily moving up since May of 2009. WHOLE STORY
