Newport Beach’s City Council is contemplating raising parking rates in order to help close a city budget gap.  Parking meters could go from $1 an hour to $1.75 per hour and Corona del Mar State Beach could now cost $15 for a day of parking, instead of $8.  WHOLE STORY

Jon Ginnaty, an Orange County based sculptor who recently won the 2009 Downtown Santa Ana Business District recognition award and grant for outstanding Orange County artist creates astounding, full-scale clay-constructed office environments and installations.
