Oh Goodness no, why would anyone want to be a plutocrat?
They only know money. They have little charm, talent or skill for the things to make you happy that make life worth living.. music, art, science, literature..all the efforts that make a culture and little of it, if any, comes from the plutocracy.
I LOVE plutocrats.. they make the best customers.
Those of us that are a part of that ‘creative class’ that have the skills that the plutocrats lack can’t take them for enough. And the thing is, if you’ve got enough stones to be more ‘avant garde’ than the next salesman and hustle your talents well, you can make a LOT of money from them..
With that being said, it’s not surprising that more than a few out here aren’t happy or surprised by this housing gambit. These silly monied fools have more dollars than sense.
And that is entirely as it should be.
